First, I would like to apologize to all of you for my recent neglect of the website. I’m going to do my best to give you all an update that’s worthy of the amount of material we’ve put out! Haha

To move on, I’d like to wish all my comrades a Happy New Year! With 2021 behind us, and 2022 being off to a rough start… we’re hopping back into attempting to build out the For We Are Many outlet! We’re bringing you new voices, and we’ll have back familiar faces to discuss the world around us, and how we can work together to build a better world around us.

We will be continuing our weekly Current Events Stream on Tuesdays at 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
To accommodate for Kwame’s weekly book-reading (see below) we will be doing our Thursday “Revolutionary Left Book Club” streams to the earlier time of 5:00 PM Eastern and continuing to read Eldridge Cleaver’s “Soul on Ice” (13 January) and Emma Goldman’s “Anarchism and Other Essays” (20 January) on alternating weeks, as we’ve been doing through 2021. We will continue to have additional streams throughout the week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, respectively. If we do a Monday stream, it will air at the earlier time slot of 5:00 PM Eastern. Wednesday or Friday will be at the later 8:00 PM time slot.)

Speaking of new voices! Join us tomorrow (Monday, January 10th) at 3:00 PM Eastern as we speak to Minister of Culture Kwame Shakur, of the New Afrikan Black Panther Party about his new book: “My Search For Answers, Truth, and Meaning: An Autobiography of Kwame Shakur”

Also, we celebrated our one-year anniversary on 6 January! Thank you to all of you who keep us going when times get tough! We’ve brought some new comrades on the team, and spreading the duties of running the show should definitely smooth the process along!

To celebrate the anniversary of our shows, we had a special Anniversary stream, available below. We had Sterling back on the show for the first time in a while, and we were also joined by newcomers Nathan and Wade!

As some of you may remember, our first live stream was during the January 6th insurrection. We’re gonna reflect on that a year out. What’s changed, what’s coming, how our perspectives have changed, and a lot more! We’ll be diving into some of the events of the past year, and discussing how we hope to grow in 2022! Happy New Year, Comrades!

We also recently brought back the Invisible Warrior to discuss the ongoing effects of the Indian Removal Act. What happened in the years following, and how it still affects Indigenous people today.

We had our first Current Events Stream of the new year on 4 January, featuring the Mighty Lord Sterling! We covered a pretty good array of topics in this stream, covering the end of the year. The loss of Betty White, being a recurring topic.

Last, but certainly not least, The past two weeks’ “Revolutionary Left Book Club” segments!
7 January we covered Chapter Four of Emma Goldman’s “Anarchism and Other Essays” titled, “Prisons: A Social Crime and Failure”

For We Are Many’s last segment of 2021 was on Eldridge Cleaver’s “Soul On Ice”
The chapter is titled “Initial Reactions to the Assassination of Malcom X”
